Frank Govaert

1965 – Studied Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Was M & A consultant at Insinger de Beaufort Corporate Finance (Reitsma & Wertheim & Partners) and then switched to director business development at the listed CRH. In 2012 he started as a partner at CDI, a global mid-market merger and acquisition advisor. In addition, Frank is the founder and shareholder of Xplo Music and as a shareholder he is active in the family business: a manufacturer and importer of machines and parts for the process industry. Frank is now part of the investment team of Berk Partners and co-founder / shareholder of the Berk Partners Growth Fund.

Willem Kamps

1961 – Studied Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. After graduating in October 1986, he joined the former bank house Bank Mees & amp; Hope, subsidiary of the then ABN Bank. Made the switch to the position of managing director for Banque de Suez, Rotterdam branch, in 1992. Started at Berk Holding at the end of 1995 with the primary responsibility for the participation funds. Worked on the last two investment years of Berk Partners (I), was co-founder and co-shareholder of Berk Partners II (1998), Berk Partners III (2003) and Berk Partners IV (2010). Realized a management buy-out with his colleagues in January 2004, after which the company that manages the participation funds was entirely in the hands of the investment team. Currently co-founder / shareholder of the Berk Partners Growth Fund.

Rimco Geels

1977 – Studied Applied Physics and Business Economics at the University of Groningen. Graduated in analytical chemistry in the field of mass spectrometry. Made the switch to business by working for OC & C (now: Parthenon EY), strategy consulting and then started working at Galapagos as director business development, a biotech company. In 2013 he switched to private equity as a partner at Wagram Equity Partners. Since September 2016 part of the investment team of Berk Partners and co-founder / shareholder of the Berk Partners Growth Fund.

Frans Jan Vergouwen

1964 – Finished his Masters (Business Administration – Informatics) at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. As an analyst and asset manager, Frans Jan has been active for many years at, among others, MeesPierson, Morgan Stanley, ING and GE Capital and has held various Managing Director positions. From this role Frans Jan made a substantial contribution to the funding of both Berk Partners III and Berk Partners IV. In recent years he has been active as an entrepreneur. He successfully started, founded and subsequently brought several companies to the market. Frans Jan is part of the investment team of Berk Partners and is co-founder / shareholder of the Berk Partners Growth Fund.
